This classroom is built for everyone.
Medicare decisions are hard enough without a website fighting you. Here is what we do to keep this site usable for every visitor, and how to reach us if anything gets in your way.
Our commitment
We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA across this site, because a large share of our clients navigate with reading glasses, screen readers, tremors or all three, and they deserve a site that respects that.
What is built in
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and a skip-to-content link on every page.
- Text that scales cleanly with browser zoom and a fluid type system with generous line spacing.
- Color contrast checked against WCAG AA for text and interactive elements.
- Keyboard operability for menus, accordions and forms, with visible focus outlines.
- Reduced-motion support: enable your device's reduce-motion setting and animations step aside.
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images and labeled form fields with clear error messages.
- Tap targets sized for real fingers on real phones.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds, such as the live Google reviews widget, map and scheduling calendars, are controlled by their providers and may not meet every guideline. Everything they offer is also available by phone, which remains the most accessible tool we own.
