What we collect

Information you give us directly: name, email, phone, ZIP code, and anything you include in a form message, call, text or appointment booking. Insurance work may later require details such as dates of birth, Medicare numbers, doctors and medications; those are collected directly from you during the advisory process, never through this website form.

Information collected automatically: standard analytics data (pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location) via Google Analytics, and basic technical logs. We do not use invasive tracking, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site.

How we use it

To answer your questions, prepare plan comparisons, deliver guides you request, schedule appointments, service your policies, send relevant reminders such as enrollment deadlines, and meet legal and carrier record-keeping obligations. That is the whole list.

Calls, texts and consent (TCPA)

When you submit a form with the consent box checked, you agree that Insurance Made Simple / The Medicare Professor may contact you by phone, text message and email about your inquiry, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out immediately, or HELP for help. You can also opt out anytime by calling (561) 770-7957 or emailing us.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing. We do not send spam, and every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link.

Who we share with, and why

Insurance carriers, when you ask us to quote or submit an application. Our customer relationship platform (a CRM system) that stores contact records and schedules securely on our behalf. Analytics providers as described above. Authorities, if the law genuinely requires it. Nobody else.

Medicare-specific privacy

We are required to handle Medicare beneficiary information in line with CMS marketing and privacy rules. We will never ask for your full Social Security number through this website, and you should never send it through a web form, ours or anyone's.

Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion of anything we are not legally required to retain, and withdraw communication consent at any time. Florida residents and residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California) may have additional statutory rights; email us and we will honor them without drama.

Data retention and security

We keep records only as long as insurance regulations and carrier requirements demand, then dispose of them securely. Access is limited to the people who service your account.

Changes and contact
